     Show Mouse Cursor and increment the internal cursor flag by 1. If
     the flag is already 0, (mouse cursor displayed), it remains at 0.
     If you have called _twM2() more than once, you will have to call
     _twM1() the same number of times in order to display the mouse
     cursor.

     Nothing.
